Data Deletion

• Open www.bluclip.fr/agency/connect, where your connected accounts are listed.
• Click "Disconnect" under the TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account. We delete your access tokens immediately and revoke Bluclip's access on TikTok and Google, then delete the data obtained from that account within 7 days. Instagram does not let apps revoke their own access: after disconnecting Instagram, also remove Bluclip from Instagram (option 2).
• To delete everything we hold about you, use option 3. All your personal data is deleted within 30 days.

• Instagram: Settings › Apps and websites › Active › Bluclip › Remove. Instagram then notifies Bluclip automatically and gives you a confirmation code you can follow on this page.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services › Bluclip › Remove access.
• YouTube / Google: open security.google.com/settings/security/permissions and remove Bluclip.

When access is removed from the platform, Bluclip can no longer read your account and deletes the data obtained from it within 30 days.

Email contact@bluclip.fr with the subject "Data deletion request", from the address linked to your Bluclip account, and tell us which account(s) to delete (for example your TikTok or Instagram username). We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

French accounting law requires us to keep payout records (amount, date, campaign, and the clip identifiers and view counts they were based on) for 10 years. Everything else is deleted, including access tokens, profile data, video lists and statistics.
